Routing
iRouter: Delivery routing by window, capacity and customer
The iRouter builds routes around unloading windows, truck capacity and each customer's priority. It shares its calculation with Smart Palletizing, so it knows what fits on each truck before the route is closed.

Routes are built by hand after the order cutoff
- Planning takes hours every day, right after the order cutoff.
- Routes ignore unloading windows and the truck arrives outside receiving hours.
- Routes are optimized by kilometer without weighing each customer's priority.
- The route closes without knowing whether the load fits, so the truck leaves half full or makes a second run.
Routes by window, capacity and customer value
Routing by business value
Optimization weighs customer value, time window, priority and truck capacity, along with distance.
Load calculated while routing
When an order moves from one truck to another, the pallet plan is recalculated and shows which customers fit and which do not.
An ETA that learns
The arrival estimate improves with each delivery, because the model learns by driver, by customer and by number of units.
Planning in minutes
The engine proposes routes at order cut-off. The planning team reviews and adjusts instead of building from scratch.
From order cut-off to routes ready in minutes
At order cut-off, the router builds trips by affinity, distance, delivery window and business rules, and sets the delivery sequence for every truck.
