3PL logistics operators

Geodot starts at receiving with Zero Label and iWMS. The supplier code is reconciled once, and each piece comes in with its original label. Routing, fleet and the field app are added in phases.

An operator, seen from behind, scans cartons with their original labels in the receiving area of a multi-client warehouse.

Receiving, equipment and deliveries across clients

  • At receiving, every label is reprinted and stuck on again, and every new label is a chance for error.
  • Forklifts, cranes and rented units have no tracking, and clients ask where they are.
  • Delivery notes, usage time and billing are built in Excel and do not reconcile at month-end.
  • Orders from several clients headed to the same area are consolidated by hand.

How it applies in a 3PL

  • Zero Label

Receiving without relabeling. The supplier code is reconciled with the SKU once, and each piece is identified by its original label.

    Scenario · receiving

  • iRouter

Orders from several clients to the same area, consolidated into one trip that respects delivery windows and capacity.

    Scenario · shared distribution

  • Companion

Location and status of each rented unit, with proof of delivery and usage by client recorded from the field app.

    Scenario · equipment rental

Receiving without relabeling

In the meeting we review your receiving flow and show how a piece comes in with the supplier's label.
