Operational visibility

Control Tower for the whole chain

One dashboard brings together warehouse, transport and deliveries, with exception alerts and an ETA that adjusts as the operation runs. A fishing fleet of 23 vessels uses it in production, with satellite telemetry and fuel measured in the tank.

A supervisor seen from behind watches the warehouse floor, staging area and trailer docks from a mezzanine.

Each system shows its own piece, and incidents surface late

  • Warehouse, transport and deliveries are checked in separate systems.
  • Incidents come to light once the customer has already called.
  • The delivery window you give is wide and still gets missed.
  • Management reports are built by hand in Excel.

Warehouse, transport and deliveries on one dashboard

  1. Operations dashboard

A map with every truck, delivery status, active alerts and today's indicators against the average, in real time.

  2. An ETA that adjusts

The model learns from each delivery, by driver, by customer and by number of units, and the arrival window narrows over months of operation.

  3. Exception alerts

Stopped truck, delay at a customer, late route or temperature out of range. Delivered by dashboard, email, WhatsApp or SMS.

  4. Customer portal

Customers see where their delivery is, the ETA, history and documents. Daily, weekly and monthly reports are generated automatically.

Your whole fleet on one board, with the exception on top

Trips, stops and ETAs updated continuously. When something drifts from the plan, the Control Tower flags it, recalculates the route and notifies the customer.
