Yard and docks
Plant Sync + Gate Scheduling for yard and docks
Digitizes the loading and unloading flow: appointment, document check, gate-in, dock, operation and gate-out. The dock is assigned before the truck arrives.

Queues at the gate and docks assigned by radio
- Trucks arrive unannounced and bunch up first thing in the morning, with no priority order.
- Purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes are checked on paper, one by one, at the gate.
- Docks are assigned on the fly, at each shift's discretion.
- Without a record of gate-in, unloading and gate-out, there is no way to settle a dispute.
From appointment to gate-out, recorded at every step
Appointments by time window
The carrier books an appointment and receives the assigned time and dock. The appointment is linked to the order in the iWMS, with no double entry.
Document check before entry
Driver, plates, insurance, purchase order, ASN, invoice and bill of lading are validated before entry. With incomplete paperwork, the truck does not enter.
Dock assignment
The dock is assigned by type of goods, priority and available capacity.
Gate-in and gate-out with evidence
QR, plate reading and photo record. Time at dock, waiting time and appointment compliance by supplier are visible in the Control Tower.
