GPS & Fleet Control with every drop validated

Works with raw GPS positions and validates every drop against its geofence. It shows which point was visited, when, for how long and which was missed, with the GPS provider you already use.

A waste collection truck moves along a neighborhood street in a Mexican city with a worker on the rear step.

Reported drops that nobody can verify

  • Loads and pickups reported at places the truck never reached.
  • Standalone GPS shows position, but does not validate, route or integrate.
  • Preprocessed events miss short visits and stops.
  • Without coverage by shift, nobody knows which planned points went unserved.

Position, geofence and visit time as evidence

  1. Raw positions

We work with every position instead of preprocessed events, which catches short visits with their exact time.

  2. Geofences and visit rules

Each coordinate is compared with circular or polygonal geofences, with a speed filter (stopped below 5 km/h) and a minimum visit time.

  3. Coverage by shift

Planned versus visited points, with arrival time, departure time and duration at each point. Points without a visit are flagged.

  4. Heat map and census

Where, how long and when each unit was present. It is the basis for redesigning routes with the iRouter.

We validate a sample of your drops

Using data from your existing GPS, we compare a sample of reported drops against the recorded positions.
